[VIDEO] Women Calculators of World War II

During WWII, a select group of women worked as “computers” (which was a job title then) to calculate weapons trajectories which were passed out to soldiers in the field and bombardiers in the air. A few even went on to program the earliest of general-purpose computers, the ENIAC. Until the documentary Top Secret Rosies (preview below) was produced, however, their story was a relative secret, even in military circles.
